ENVIROPACKEnvironmental Rigid Blister (ERB)


Both ERBs and Enviropacks have combined recyclability, functionality, and above all a sleek bold design.

ERBs can be recycled into both paper products and plastic.

ERBs and Enviropacks help your Wal-Mart scorecard.


This cutting edge package design significantly reduces plastic by utilizing more corrugated and paperboard (both renewable resources).

Furthermore it allows theuse of RPET ratherthan PVC.


The ERB is a major success with large retailers, including Costco, BJ’s, Wal-

Mart/Sam’s Cluband Best Buy.

Both ERB and Enviropack are made in the USA and China

facilities under the samestrict guidelines.


Made from a combination of blister board, corrugated and recyclable plastic. Reduces the amount of plastic used (up to 85%) and is made with recyclable plastic (RPET = best option).

automated serial number control. Your products are traced from incoming EDI signal, through production at our facilities, and to delivery to

your retail destination.

Over the past two years AVC’s system has successfully processed over 10MM serial

numbers for high valued products.

AVC is able to control large volumes of serial controlled inventory – which also allows AVC to maximize its operational efficiency

The system preserves container/pallet content until units are issued to production.

The system associates finished goods units with new pallets in the production process.

The system maintains finished goods pallet content in inventory as well as in shipments to your clients.

We can identify all units within a given pallet, incoming, during production and for the finished product pallet.

The system transmits EDI transactions to communicate order entry, shipment, and inventory transactions between AVC and the client’s ERP system.

AVC’s System tracks the SN and provides history reports on all transactions from receiving, through production, and including shipping.

Only designated SN’s can be scanned into a package, thus eliminating duplicates and any possible mix-up of product in packaging of different sku numbers.

AVC gives our clients the ability to batch and manifest endless box or pallet configurations.

Our clients have the ability to combine several inventory items (SN controlled) into one box, display, or pallet utilizing Wal-Mart specified SCC14 labeling requirements.

Clients also have the ability to control SN’S in the RMA processing.

Clients have the ability to use generic packaging by utilizing the product information and UPC code label into the serial number label.

Step One

Receive product into the system.

Option One:

Receive EDI transmission or data manifest from manufacturer.

Option Two

Scan all incoming product, receive it into the system, and provide a unique pallet ID.

Step TwoStore the incoming product in the AVC ‘Secured Cage.

Step ThreeAssign a pallet of SN product into a work order and move the pallet to the production floor via the pallet ID at the staging area.

Step FourScan in the assembly process, print the product SN, and apply the label to the original box in a visible location to be determined by the client.

Step FiveSeal the product into the environmental package and move the package to the last scanning station.

Step SixAt the ‘Master carton/PDQ’ computer station, 4 units are scanned per PDQ; a box label with SN’s and any other information (i.e. sku, UPC) is applied to the master carton.

A pallet ID label is applied to the pallet.

Step SevenThe product moves to the QC station to finalize the work order.

In this operation all inventory items are ‘backflushed’ through the computer system and the SN is transferred from raw product to a finished goods product.

Clients who are connected via EDI will receive an 867 transmission to add the product to the client’s finished product inventory.

Step EightThe pallet with the finished product is moved to the AVC ‘secured cage’ via the pallet’s unique ID number.

Step NineUpon receiving a shipping notification from the client, the pallet(s) are scanned for both pallet ID and SNs, and is shipped per box or pallet, as requested).

Step TenThe shipment is made and the EDI signal is sent to the client confirming shipment, destination, pallet count, and most importantly, serial numbers of each and every item in the shipment.

Step ElevenOur client can invoice immediately and improve cash flow.

RMAThe AVC system can receive RMA returns via EDI transmission complete with serial numbers. All RMA products and SNs are entered into the AVC inventory.

If there is refurbishment, the serial number stays with the product through the manufacturing process and then re-emerges as the ‘new’ finished product.

Shipments will be made with the serial number as the old product or a new product (as per client instructions).
