Below is the recommended adaption process to ensure successful introduction and EV buses into existing business.

2. Identify opportunity to convert / replace current fleet (all or single unit at a time) with new EV buses
3. Commence Trial period

Of the 97 vehicles that are 15+ years old, there are 8 in the XXX Depot that are more than 20 years old. These vehicles are due or near due to be replaced. There is a real opportunity to replace them with Avass electric buses.
Avass and CUSTOMER can enter into an delivery program that enables Customer to introduce EV buses into its fleet with minimal financial and operational impact.
EV Adaptation 1 - Conversion
Customer provide a vehicle for Avass to convert the vehicle from diesel to electric.
Customer commence 2 month trial of vehicle
Avass will sell to Customer the recharger unit
Trial criteria are jointly developed and agreed to
