Here in case the diameter of the pipe does not change and the height of the pipe does not change, the velocity remains constant, and there is no acceleration. But if there is a bend or change in diameter, the fluid particles might have to accelerate. When there is a bend, the fluid particles accelerate to change direction. When there is a change in diameter, the speed of the fluid particles change hence they must have accelerated. Hence we need more information and we cannot say for sure about the acceleration.
