• Airbus informed AVIANCA of the Going Digital schedule, and more specifically about new MMEL format delivery date.

• AVIANCA is questioning how to handle and process XML data and what will be the Going digital impact.

• In addition to the trainings proposed in the frame of going digital transition ( e learning + 2 people in Airbus training centers), in order to

5. Benefits and value for Avianca

• AVA assessment will be performed in perspective of the Going Digital migration recommendations and will allow to implement priority items.

• The team will conduct in parallel a detailed analysis of AVA process and organisation and It tools in use.

• The recommendations will provide a solid base for AVA growing plan, and will provide practical guidance allowing a smooth growing with tools requirements for handling AVA strong ramp up
