Since 1993, we have been developing, producing and distributing collection systems for waste and reusable materials that unite form and function in every detail.

For the manufacturing of the containers only high-quality materials are used for fields of appli-cation, in which functionality and a robust design are critical yardsticks – without giving up on an appealing design and an unmistakable profile.

As required by their location and components, sheets or pipes (of 1.25 to 6 mm thickness) made from stainless steel or rather zinc plated sheet steel are used. Materials that are predestined for conti-nuous use and have to resist enormous strain.

Waste and reusable material containers made from high-quality stainless steel are particularly wea-ther resistant, resistant against vandalism, easy to empty and to maintain with customary, non-acidic cleaners.

When developing our products we work together clo-sely with experts from the waste management, logi-stics and fire safety sectors, whose requirements as for efficient handling, security and efficiency are consequently implemented and further developed.

The elegant, functional stainless steel Temptation boxes (Quality 1.4301/AISI 304)

High safety standard waste bins are particularly needed for elaborately designed and very busy, roofed public areas like airports, railway stations, fairs, stadiums or hospitals.

These are requirements perfectly fulfilled by our Temptation series with its fire-protection system (certified by Linz Fire Protection Institute).

Patented and certified fire protection

A self-extinguishing effect is caused by a combination of funnel-shaped drop openings with sealed metal inner containers. The special internal design does not allow the temperature at and below the casing to rise.

• The boxes are operated quickly and easily from above. Contents are visible, rubbish sacks can be exchanged.

• To empty types FFJ2, FF3 and FF4 the lock has to be released, and the upper part will swing upwards automatically. All the other bins are opened manually.

• The hot-dip galvanized metal-sheet inner containers are removable for cleaning.

STEEL WALL, a fireproof, solid, inexpensive new model made from stainless steel or galvanized sheet steel, fits into any school corridor or anywhere it can get quite crowded. With a content of 40 l each per fraction, amply dimensioned and easy to handle. After releasing the lock, the upper part will automatically swing upwards.

The Temptation wall bins in the standard design line are the right solution for areas, in which space is limited. Due to its flat, galvanized back it can be assembled fast and safely; there is no need for any additional holders. Particularly suitable in corridors and hallways

Premium class METRO, wall mounted bin with a slanting extinguishing funnel attachment without any depositing surface, volume 50 l, incl. stainless-steel wall fastener. Developed and employed for Stadtwerke München (Munich Public Utility Company) for areas with high-safety requirements, such as underground stations.

The elegant Temptation waste paper baskets and stainless-steel ashtrays are for universal use – in front of entrances, in front of elevators, in self-service zones of banks and in front of non-smoker or in smoker zones. Available depending on requirements and in lines of most various designs, such as:

• As »Jumbo« TJ21 with a volume of 90 l and a large opening for insertion from above, with bag holder.

• As a fireproof variety, type FF11, with a metal interior liner and a funnel attachment for gathering the waste paper.

• As a pedestal /waste bin combination TK11 and TKW11 (wall bin) with a handy interior liner below the insertion. With a perforated-sheet cover concealing the galvanized ashtray inset the blowing out of cigarette ashes is avoided.

The legal requirements for the protection of non-smokers in companies, restaurants, etc. are difficult to put into practice. Simple solutions are often impossible by means of structural requirements. In order not to lose any customers, appealing systems are required particularly for extravagantly designed entrances of modern buildings (e.g. airports). An optimal solu-tion is offered by our functional, easy-care and also secure stainless-steel pedestal ashtrays of the Temptation series. The clean overall impression and the sensible combination with an information board or a waste insertion opening all speak for these products.

• The Models TD11 and TDA11 with an ashtray volume of 7 litres.

• The Models TKD11 and TKDA11 with a waste volume of 40 litres and an ashtray volume of 3 litres.

The ashtray attachments are secured by robust locks that have been flush-mounted at the sides.

Models with a waste insertion opening are by default equipped

with a waste bag holder.

Simple and fast handling by emptying through the door.

The solid anchoring of the baseplate into the ground resists vandalism.For areas without any possibilities

for fixing the unit we recommend our concrete-base variant.

The original reusable material bin – a well-known classicThey have proven very successful in their long years of being used by the Deutsche Bahn AG (German Rail). Be it as the free-standing variant or as the space saving wall version, be it for covered locations (B models) or for outdoors (R models), different designs from simple collecting with an 80-l volume to waste sorting of up to 4 fractions are fitting for any location.

Proved and tested as for their design, optimally prepared against external force, with a sensational new surface coating – »Wipe, and it’s gone«.

The Surface sealing is best comparable with a glass surface that hardly offers any contact surface to any stains. AUWEKO is launching a new line of waste collectors, that will keep their high-quality appearance for years and will reduce the cost of regular cleaning and maintenance tremendously.

If sprays / graffiti or stickers cause stains, the new protective finish will help to shorten the cleaning time enormously. »Wipe, and it’s gone« – only with a cloth, and possibly some water: It couldn’t be done any simpler.

The Deutsche Bahn AG (German Rail) could also be won over, and they declared KENDO to be the winner in a Europe-wide bidding.

In many regions, such as in Hamburg, Frankfurt and Duisburg, the containers have been deployed successfully. The first success stories from railway stations, prone to vandalism, have been sent in.
