    Q: When do classes begin?

    A: Some classes ollow standard all andspring semester schedules. Other classesvary and start throughout the year. Someare one-day seminars and others meetregularly or several nights a week. Someweekend classes are available and onlinetraining is another option.

    Q: What is the dierence between ull-timeand short-term courses?

    A: All training at Autry is designed tohelp prepare students to succeed inthe workplace, but the two primarycategories o training are classied asull-time and short-term:

    Full-time courses meet daily and ollowa standard school semester schedule.Most ull-time programs ofer morning,aternoon or all-day class options to

    meet your schedule. Some ofer eveningoptions. The ull-time programs can becompleted in varying time rames-rom9 months to 24 months depending onthe program.

    Short-term courses vary rom one-daytraining seminars to much longer courseslike EMT/Paramedic, or example.

    Q: What is your reund policy orshort term classes?

    A: Reunds o tuition will be givenonly or withdrawals prior to thebeginning o the 2nd class session.

    Allow at least 5 to 7 working daysor your reund to be processed.

    Full reunds are available orclasses cancelled by Autry.

    No reunds will be given ontextbooks or supplies.

    Company withdrawal: A companyis responsible or tuition charges orstudents enrolled unless they ociallywithdraw their employee prior to therst class.

    No reunds will be given on one-day classes not cancelled prior toclass.

    Minimum age o 16 yearsor enrollment is required unlessotherwise specied.(Not applicable to online courses. Does not apply to semester-type classes.)

    Q: Is fnancial aid available?

    A: Absolutely! Many students recsome type o nancial assistance. nancial aid oce is happy to woyou to nd the best options to t needs, including scholarships, PellAutry Educational Foundation assand payment plans.

    A: Payment or short-term classesat enrollment and most includes band supplies.

    Q: What do I need to do to enroll?

    A: All adult students applying oradmission to Autrys semester schedulecourses begin by taking an assessmentand scheduling an appointment witha career counselor. Appointments canbe made by calling during businesshours. High school students interested in

    attending Autry may apply or admissionduring their high school spring and/orall enrollment. However, Autry careercounselors are available or consultationany time during the year.

As a health care specialist, the RT may alsobe instrumental in the diagnosis, treatment and preventive care o patients with asthma, pulmonary emphysema,pulmonary edema and respiratory distress.
