- Can be ganged together as long as each SKU is in each aisle, or orders can be routed between GTOs

- Up to 1,000 presentations per hour

▪ Orders completed depends on lines per order, number of orders open and commonality

- Assumes pack operation done by others (not picker)

• Pick Ahead Shipping Buffer- Consolidate the picks from one or more modules for shipment

- Large pick batches (allowing efficient picking labor deployment) feeding small shipping batches (high turn dock doors)

• Receiving Buffer- Mixed load receiving buffer

▪ Hold until a full pallet has been received, then send to palletizing

▪ Same SKU across different trailers for single SKU storage

- Provide a buffer to a slow receiving process
