Automated Broker Interface (ABI) allows brokers, importers, and authorized agents to electronically file required import data with Customs. Currently, over 96% of all entries are filed through ABI. Electronic ABI filing is efficient way of submitting import data as it accelerates the release of merchandise for trade participants.

Qualified participants can transmit import shipment data electronically via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) directly to CBP. Customs brokers, importers, or authorized agents can transmit validate, confirm, and correct their entry summaries electronically.

In addition to electronic transmission, GeTS ABI service also offers pre-validation of the data to ensure accuracy. Users can also query AD/CVD, Entry Summaries, Importer Bond and Entry Releases. Real time notification alerts for all CBP responses can be received via email and SMS.

The GeTS ABI service offers users Web-based or Integrated VAN Flow to submit entry summaries to CBP quickly and securely that complies with record-keeping requirements by CBP.
