User Manual(R-134a R12 R22 R502 R1235yf)
Thank you very much for choosing us.
Manifold Gauge Sets may be used to perform a number of jobs in respect to the Auto Air Conditioning System. Here is an explanation of service port status and connections required to do this successfully.
This would be helpful.
Notes:1. Always wear Protective Gloves and Safety Goggle when performing A/C
system work.2. Wash hands after performing.3. May not be used normally if violently falling, shaking, collide.4. Do not mistake the high pressure and the low pressure, which may
damage the air conditioning and manifold gauge5. It is illegal to vent R-134A R12 R22 R502 R1234yf Refrigerant into the
atmosphere.6. This product contains chemicals, including lead, known to the State of
California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.7. Some procedures should be performed by trained auto A/C professional.
Don’t try if you are not.8. Please let us know if you have any problems in 6 months. We will send
free replacement to you. (Please with your order ID.)

Ambient Temperature refers to the outside air temperature surrounding the vehicle. The chart shows the desired range at each 5 degrees increment. If the pressure is out side is outside of the range, compare the table on the next page to solve the problem.
Pressure Readings Status

Low Side Gauge High Side Gauge Action RequiredIn Range In Range Working Properly.
Low Low Add Refrigerant.
Low HighNeed service, possibly blockage of the expansion valve or orifice tube.
High Low Need service, possibly faulty compressor.
High High Overcharged. Slowly remove refrigerant.
Pressure Reading can only be taken when the compressor is cycled on. To determine this, look at center of compressor’s pulley. If rotating, it’s on. If it does not engage, add a can of R-134a R12 R22 R502 R1234yf. If compressor still does not cycle on, additional service may be required.
