• This is a rotation-based program where you will work closely with four designated teams selected from a wide spectrum of business functions at Apple — Channel Programs, Education, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Enterprise, PR, Business Operations, iTunes, Finance, Apple Initiatives and Apple Retail. Your rotations will be determined in consideration of your interests, skills and passion, and also based on the dynamic needs of the business.

• This program offers mentorship to elevate your business acumen as well as unique developmental courses allowing you to hone your proficiency in persuasive communication and storytelling.

• You will work collaboratively on shared and self-led projects with members of various teams to achieve business objectives.

• You will be responsible for ensuring that your work is completed with the highest level of detail and to set timelines.

• You will present your key learnings after each rotation and work with your peers on a major team project.

• You will provide administrative support as needed.

Key requirements:

Selection process:

The Australian Network on Disability will provide Apple with a shortlist of recommended candidates. Apple will review candidate applications, and invite those that they feel match the above criteria to meet for an activity-based group hiring event. Successful candidates will then be invited back for final interviews, followed by a background check.

Remuneration

This is a fully paid internship program. The employing organisation will pay the intern’s pro rata salary for the internship period (including superannuation) at a rate commensurate with the duties performed and abiding by Fair Work standards.

Eligibility Requirements

Have a university degree (by March 2019) or equivalent practical experience Australian citizens, Permanent Residents or you currently hold a valid work visa for the

required 12-month period to be eligible for this role. Candidates may be required to undergo a background check security clearance
