1. Go to https://my.unsw.edu.au/
2. Enter your student number (zXXXXXXX) and zPass

3. Select the ‘My Student Profile’ tab.
4. Click on ‘Update your Enrolment’ or ‘Vary your Enrolment’

5. If prompted to do so, please review and agree to the Terms and Conditions before proceeding and click ‘Save’.
6. Add or confirm your addresses. Please ensure you have the correct ‘Courier Address’ (not mailing address) as this is where your course materials will be sent. This address cannot be a PO Box.

7. Add or confirm your phone numbers.
8. Follow the instructions on how to forward your zMail email account. This is critical as all University communication will be sent to your student zMail account.

9. Add or confirm your Emergency Contact details.
10. If prompted, update your Personal Statistics.
11. Select the relevant Semester/Teaching Period as follows: AGSM Session 1 UNSW Summer Semester Teaching Period MG1 AGSM Session 2 UNSW Semester 1 Teaching Period MG2

12. If you are currently enrolled in any courses, they will be displayed on the screen. To add courses, click ‘Add Courses’.
13. To search for AGSM MBA Programs courses, select:
‘MNGT – Management’ from the drop down menu
‘Postgraduate’ in the ‘Career’ field
Select ‘Kensington’ as the Campus, EVEN IF YOU WISH TO ENROL AT ANOTHER VENUE
‘Management MG1 (Session 1), MG2 (Session 2) or MG3 (Session 3)’ from the teaching period drop down menu.
Click ‘Search’.

14. Select the courses in which you would like to enrol (maximum of 2) by selecting the box in the ‘Add’ column (clicking the name of the course will take you to the online handbook). Please note that all GDM and GCCM courses begin MNGT6 (MNGT5, MNGT6 and MNGT8 are for other programs). Once you have selected the courses in which you would like to enrol, click ‘Continue’.

15. The courses you have selected will now appear as pending. You must select your classes by clicking ‘Proceed to Enrol’.
16. Click ‘Add Classes’.

17. Classes will be displayed as below. Classes with available spaces will say ‘Open’ in the Status column – classes with no spaces available will display as ‘Full’. Select ‘Open’ class(es) to enrol in via the ‘Add’ column. Venues are as follows:

18. Click the details button next to the classes you have selected to view workshop and exam dates. Do not enrol if you are unable to commit to these dates. Once you have selected your class(es), click ‘Continue’.

19. Review your selection and ensure you click ‘Enrol in ALL courses’ to proceed.
20. Enrolment in your classes is only confirmed once you receive the screen below (ensure you can see ‘Enrolled Classes’
