For those passionate about classics, we have prepared royal Earl Grey loose leaf tea, with the addition of natural bergamot oil, cornflower petals, orange zest, and lemon myrtle. Having in mind enthusiast of coffee, we introduced two new flavoured products. In turn, the set of accessories has been broadened with dual-function French Press coffee brewer that will allow you to prepare aromatic coffee or tea in an easy and convenient way.

Exquisite deep taste and mysterious, slightly emerald green colour of Oolong tea are born in the process of half-fermentation of leaves. Aromatic brew, seducing with blackcurrant notes, contains polyphenols that are beneficial to health.

Good to know!

How is it made? Freshly picked Oolong leaves are exposed to the sun so that they wilt a bit, and then they are subjected to brief fermentation.

Where does it come from?Oolong, called Black Dragon tea, comes from a Chinese province of Fujian.

What to serve it with?Oolong tea should be served as addition to fish dishes. As it contains very little theine, it can successfully be drunk in late evenings.

How to brew?Put a teaspoon of tea per person into the teapot, pour in hot water in the temperature of 95°C (approximately 150 ml per cup) and brew for 1-2 minutes. Before serving, separate leaves from the tea. If you want to increase the strength of the tea brew, do not extend the time of brewing, but use more leaves.

brave hunter called Black Dragon. One day, he encountered a terrifying beast and went after it, leaving a bag of tea behind. The tea leaves left in the sun partially oxidised and gained an intense aroma because of that. In honour of the hunter, the tea is still called

Black Dragon.

Another legend talks about the prince of dragons, kept prisoner in a small lake. When the lake started drying, he was saved by a beautiful girl from a village nearby. He showed his

gratitude when the plague befell the village. He gave his life in order to save the people. In the last minutes of his life he spat out a dragon pearl from which the first Oolong shrub

grew. The brew from its leaves healed the whole village.

The combination of Ceylon black tea with natural bergamot oil from Italy, orange zest, cornflower petals, and lemon myrtle forms the unique variation of classic Earl Grey tea. How is it made? Leaves of tea tree undergo the process of full fermentation. They are subjected to wilting, rolling and fermentation.

Where does it come from?The tea comes from Sabaragamuwa province in Southwest Sri Lanka, where in the ideal climate tea leaves develop their taste in full. It grows on lower terrains, up to 600 mamsl – this is the reason why the brew is full and strong.

What to serve it with?Earl Grey tea ideally emphasises the taste of sharp cheeses, it also goes perfect with venison.

Preparation: On low heat melt the chocolate, then add butter and biscuits crushed with a blender. Mix thoroughly. Put on the bottom of a cake-pan.Prepare a strong brew of Aurile coffee using directions on the packaging, but reducing the amount of water by a half. Melt the second chocolate bar, and mix it with coffee and optionally with liqueur. Mix the cream cheese with mascarpone cheese, with sugar, and with cream until perfectly smooth. Then add cocoa, egg yolks and chocolate-coffee mixture.Whisk the egg whites separately. When stiff, add to the mixture and mix gently, but thoroughly. Put the ready filling onto the base prepared earlier.Bake for 15 minutes in the temperature of 195°C, and then reduce the heat to 125°C and bake for another 30 minutes. Before serving, leave to cool for at least one hour in the fridge, and decorate with coffee beans and chocolate swirls.

Where does it come from?Aurile Pure Green unroasted coffee was created on the basis of Peruvian Arabica grown ecologically without the use of fertilisers, and every bean is hand-picked.

How is it made?Coffee roasting provides beans with a beautiful aroma and characteristic taste, but high temperature deprives them of majority of valuable chlorogenic acid (CGA). This acid belongs to the group of polyphenols and is a natural antioxidant. Luckily, green coffee beans contain a lot of CGA!

Where does it come from?Captivating taste of Aurile Classic is a merit of Colombian variety of Arabica. The strains cultivated in the Andean massif derive their mildness from sunny slopes, their power from volcanic soils, and their finesse is a result of the influence of tropical climate.

How is it made?With most natural coffees we use medium American Roast. Beans are roasted at 210°C for about 20 minutes, and then carefully cooled with circulating air. During roasting, they acquire light brown colour. After roasting their surface is dry, and their taste is compound and perfectly balanced in terms of sweetness, bitterness and acidity. Additionally, with Aurile Classic coffee, we used Full City Roast: 30% of beans were roasted at the temperature of 225°C in order to obtain a slightly oily surface, and thus a fuller body, stronger aroma, and more intense taste.
