Quarterly Newsle�er #1 Date: 28th August Spring 2019

Dear friends,

I feel very fortunate to have spent the entire summer at Auramah Valley. With its rich blue skies and the temperature needle not going beyond 30°, there was nothing more I could have asked for.

We had a number of you visit your homes at the valley and spend time with us. At the same time we also had a number of visitors, many of those have thrown in their hat and become a part of our ever growing family.

We have successfully delivered the 3rd block (Jasmine) of Phase 1. This was constructed in a record time of just 12 months. I'm happy to inform you that we are well on our way to nish our 1st phase of ve blocks. We hope to handover the remaining 2 blocks by March 2020.

A lot of effort has been put in towards opening a part of "The Manor", (the rechristened Clubhouse). Now you will have a rendezvous point as well as some other facilities to keep you and the young ones entertained. I'm glad to inform you that we have opened up the rst phase of The Manor with a swimming pool, spa rooms, bar, restaurant, card room, game area, and a lounge. Some of these are temporarily located and will move to their appointed places by next year when we expand.

With your support, Auramah Valley has positioned itself as the #1 Estate, not only in Himachal but also in Uttrakhand. We are #1 in scale, aesthetics, timely delivery, facilities and services. This wouldn't have been possible without the guidance, patience and the trust we received from many of you and I sincerely thank you for that.

Jasmine - Delivered

The Clubhouse has started functioning. Facilities available are a bar, dining room, lounge, pool table, table tennis, swimming pool, gymnasium, massage rooms.

Jasmine - The block is ready and residents are moving in.

Daffodils - The structure has been erected. The r a in s have s lowed us down considerably but we hope to pick up the pace by the end of August.

Desert Rose - Signicant soil work has been done and the retaining walls have been erected. The foundations will be laid after the monsoon.
