An Art Deco landmark in Toronto, College Park was designed
by Ross and Macdonald, the same architectural firm that also
designed other notable heritage buildings in Toronto such as
the world renowned Royal York Hotel and Maple Leaf Gardens.
The imposing exterior was fashioned from limestone and granite,
and the interior columns and colonnade were made from imported
marble from Europe.
College Park Complex boasts approximately 180,000 square feet
of some of the finest retail in the downtown core including
Dominion, (the 24 hour grocery store), Winners, Richtree
Restaurant, DeBoer's fine furniture, pharmacies, financial
