STATE CONFERENCE

THEME: “NA SHERYO NIYAMAM VINAA” Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation, Odisha has commenced its 45th State

Conference at Sai Janani, Bhubaneswar with a theme “Na ShreyoNiyamamVinaa”

i.e. “There Can be Nothing Great Without Discipline & Restraint”. The three days

conference has been conducted online with a Vision of Celebrating Swami’s

Centenary Birthday. It also provides a unique opportunity to all the Members of Sri

Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, Odisha who joined in this holy pilgrimage of life to lift

themselves from Man to Human. The activities under the three basic primary wings

of this Organisation i.e. Spiritual, Service & Education were brainstormed finalising

the road map celebrating the Centenary Birthday of our Beloved Divine Master.

The conference started by lightening the divine lamp by Sj Narayan Prasad Sar, State President, SSSSO, Odisha followed by the divine discourse of our divine Master and inaugural address by the State President.

Conference at a Glimpse: -

The Conference aims at providing the essence i.e. to follow the Divine Charter &

Rules of SSSSO given by our Divine Master Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, which

needs to be understood and followed by each member of this Organisation. Every

member of the Organisation must

❖ Undertake Sadhana (Spiritual Discipline) as an integral part of his daily life.

❖ Abide by the Nine Points Code of Conduct.

❖ Every member shall make “Family as a Unit” for such Sadhana.

Focus session on three basic wings of the Organisation i.e. (Spiritual, Service & Education) were discussed and road map

was set up for celebrating our beloved Swami’s Centenary Birthday. Prior to the Conference, the Dhyana Vrikshya brought from Prashanthi

Nilayam were planted across the State. This Vrikshyam will produce the fragrance and beauty of Prashanthi Nilayam and will ensure every spiritual

aspirant of this Organisation reaching the highest goal of life.

• Under Spiritual wing detailed discussion were

made on the different activities such as

Bhajan, Nagarsankirtanam, Bhajan Training,

Study Circle, Seminar Symposium, Summer

Course, Sadhana Sivir, LikhitaJapam, Jyoti

Meditation, Veda Pravaham, New Bhajan

Centre Expansion, Parthi Yatra, PremaPlaban

Yatra & Jyoti Yatra.

• MahilaVihag has immensely played a vital

role in the Organisation. They have been the

backend support to the male members. The

key resolution has set up for Celebrating

Swami’s Centenary Birthday. In last years Sai

Premdhara been influential providing great

service to the women in our SSSVIPs,

whereas Service, Tradition, Literature and

Culture are being promoted through the ‘Sai

Sanatani Manch’.

“Service of man is more needed than service

to the Lord Himself. In fact, such service is

equal to service of the Lord.” There are

several numbers of activities undertaken by

Service Wing which represent our

Organisation to the other world. Yearning of

doing Seva has been a key part of our

Spiritual growth. Detail discussion were

done on our various Seva activities such as

SSVIP, Sai Karuna, SRP&

Tribal Development, Health Care, Prema Sanjivani & Amruta Bindu, Prashanthi Seva &

Prashanthi Security, Agri-Care, Sai Sabujima, Sai Swabalambi, Disaster Management &

Narayan Seva.

“The End of Education is Character”. Children are the crops growing in the field, to yield the

harvest on which the nation has to sustain itself. They are the pillars on which the future of

the nation is built. They are the roots of the national tree, which has to give the fruits of Work,

Worship and Wisdom to the next generation.

A Sai Youth is a reflection of Bhagawan that

showcases the divine being in form of Love,

Humility and compassion and leads from the

front to transform himself in order to

transform the world.

The Yuva Vibag has resolved to set road

map engaging themselves on the above-

mentioned activities under three wings

offering their gratitude at the Divine Lotus

Feet. Apart from that the youth movement

in Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Jyoti, State Youth

Initiatives, National Youth Initiatives,

Summer Course and Swadhyaya at a large

scale to rejoice with peace and to sustain

harmony in the society.

Discussion on various discipline such as Media discipline, financial discipline were

carried out and focus was given how to enrich the Trust.

It was the blessing of Swami Sj Nimish Pandya, All India President, SSSSO, India had

joined the conference in the final day and guided all the participants which was very

encouraging.

May this conference bring prosperity in society and peace in every human

mind to reach the ultimate goal of life.

Discipline means the observance of certain well-defined rules. Without such regulation, it is not possible to maintain humanness. Such regulation contributes to the glory of human existence. Discipline cannot be acquired from books. Nor can it be learnt from teachers. It has to be as natural component of one's daily life in the discharge of one's duties. Discipline is essential from the moment of waking to the time of going to sleep.
