STORY : THE FOX & THE GRAPES (EXPLAIN WITH ACTION)
o Once a Fox was out searching for food. He was very hungry. He came upon
a vineyard full of grapes.
o They looked very tasty. His mouth watered. “Ah, How sweet they look. I shall
have them for lunch.” Said the Fox to himself.
o He jumped up to the nearest bunch of grapes hanging down. He could not
reach them.
o He tried and tried, and soon got tired but could not reach the grapes.
o Sadly, he walked away saying to himself, “Anyway, the grapes were sour.”
MORAL : It’s easy to despise what you cannot have. Nothing comes without a
hard work. So work hard and reach your goals.

STORY : THE HARE AND THE TORTOISE (EXPLAIN WITH ACTION)
There lived a Hare and a Tortoise in a jungle. One day, the Hare teased the
Tortoise, “You must be the slowest creature on earth”.
The Tortoise replied laughingly, “Though you are fast, I can beat you. I challenge
you to race with me.” The Hare accepted the challenge.
On the day of the race, all the animals came to see the race. The race started. The
Hare took off like the wind.
The Tortoise started slow but steady. On the way, the Hare seeing the Tortoise far
behind, decided to have some rest, but fell fast asleep.
The Tortoise continued its slow run, went past the sleeping Hare and won the
race.
All the animals cheered the Tortoise’s victory with a loud cheer that woke up the
Hare.
He saw the result of the race and was ashamed of himself.
Moral: Slow but steady wins the race.
