There is nothing about modern cuisine as we know it that was not influenced by the great Auguste Escoffier — a revolutionary tour de force in the food industry. As the Grand Master of French Cuisine, he set the standards for what cuisine can and should be: a simply decadent experience that can be enjoyed by all. His legacy is known as a man who fed the poor and cooked for kings.

In our Associate of Applied Science Degree in the Culinary Arts offered at the Austin campus, students get to see their artistry come to life through this 60-week, hands-on exploration of the culinary arts.
