Check out the WTMC’s Counseling Department website at: https://wtmccounseling.wixsite.com/getconnected
On this website you will have access to: Job and Volunteer Opportunities, Career Resources and Events, and Personal Counseling and Educational Resources.
*All WTMC students must have their WCC Instructors sign a yellow count day card for each class they attend during the first week of class. Yellow count day cards will be
mailed to all students enrolled in college classes. If you misplace your yellow count day cards, they can be picked up from Mrs. Williams in TI 214. 9th and 1st Year students
who are NOT taking college classes do not need to worry about getting cards signed.
**Help celebrate WTMC by entering a design for our annual WTMC Hoodie and T-shirt Contest!! Submit your design by 4p.m. Monday, September 24th. Voting will start Tuesday, Sept. 25th. The winning designer can choose a free hoodie or a $25.00 cash prize. We’ve had great student designs in the past! Let’s make this years design one to remember! ***ACT and SAT registration deadlines are for 3rd year students who are taking the tests independently as required for their college applications.

Thanksgiving Break for WTMC & WCC
T he start of another exciting school year is upon us! We hope everyone had an enjoyable Summer and is excited to be back at school. We have a wonderful new 1st year and 9th grade cohort, and would like
everyone to welcome them to WTMC. WTMC 2018-2019 planners are available to all returning WTMC students. Stop by TI 214 to pick one up if you have not done so already. All 2nd year students: Remember, you must meet with Ms. Riley for an EDP Review before November 3rd. All students graduating in December 2018 or May 2019: You will need to meet with Mr. Cockels before November 2nd for a graduation credit review. Please schedule your appointments for an EDP or credit review through Mrs. Williams at the front desk in TI 214. Do not schedule your appointments at the last minute! Doing so will prevent you from registering for Winter semester classes! An email and graduation mailer will be sent home as an additional reminder.
Start the year off strong!
