God is SO good to us, all the time! Do you believe that? Sometimes it’s hard to see His goodness towards us when we are going through a hard time, or when something tragic happens in our life. Do we really believe that EVERYTHING that God does is for our good? Even the unpleasant things, or ESPECIALLY the unpleasant things, serve a greater purpose in His kingdom. It’s in these hard things that we have some of the most meaningful and honest experiences with God. During these times, we are drawn closer to Him and we rely on Him the most. This year, we have been so dependent on God and so desperate for His leading, wisdom, peace, and presence. Our ministry has undergone so many good changes that, sometimes, it’s hard to keep up. But God is faithful to keep us right on track with Him, every step of the way! One of the great changes that has been developing, this month, is the additional office space and staff living quarters that have been added. The challenge that we faced was that the original addition placement, which we planned and purchased materials for, was accidentally planned to be built on top of a city sewer pipe. We had to reassess the materials and redesign the project on the day the team arrived to build it! We were blessed abundantly with finances, a labor team, professional construction skills, and a Kids Outreach Team from Fairbanks First Assembly of God church! In 6 days, they ripped off the old garage, built 720 sq. ft. of office and housing space, and hosted a Kids Outreach at the local gym. This team did a spectacular job and we were so honored to have them here. EVERY challenge we face is an opportunity to strengthen our relationship with God ASSEMBLY OF GOD U.S. MISSIONARIES TO THE YUKON FLATS OF ALASKA JEREMIAH & SHARNAY NIEMUTH P.O. FUNDING Due to about 30% funding drop, over the past 2 years, we will be sending 2 staff members to Idaho and Oregon during September and October, to speak about ministry in remote Alaskan villages.

Please be in prayer for us, as we believe God for 100%

funding to continue long-term ministry in Fort Yukon.

For those of you who are already giving monthly by sending in a check or paying online, please consider setting up your gift as a reoccurring charge through this website:

Setting up the reoccurring charge simply helps us to budget more wisely and maximize what God has entrusted us with. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR GIVING, IN ANY FORM!

Staff Our staff are a tremendous blessing from God! We are so excited about our short-term intern, Cheyenne Norberg, becoming a long-term Missionary Associate with us. She is continuing to get the word out and raise funds for her budget and salary. She is currently working on the remaining courses needed to receive her License to Preach with the Assemblies of God.

Pastor Joshua is beginning his second semester at Southwestern Assembly of God University, working towards his Bachelors Degree in Youth and Student Ministries.

Sharnay is doing an awesome job of balancing being a mom, running the children’s & women’s ministries, and continuing AKSOM (Alaska School of Ministry) studies.

KiDz upDaTe: Araya has learned so much! She is sitting up, getting up on her hands and knees, learning how to wield a spoon, etc. Lucas wants to spend every waking moment outside. He’s taking full advantage of the warm weather.

Both of them got sick, this month, and we’re praying for healing in their bodies.

We have decided to change our internet service to HughesNet Satellite Internet, out here in the village. This change has been needed for quite some time and we were finally able to purchase the equipment and get it installed. This service will give us access to much cheaper internet and allow us to maximize this area of our budget.

Fellow Alaska U.S. Missionary Terry Hull flew up to Fort Yukon to help us with the system installation and to spend some time with us and the people of Fort Yukon. We greatly appreciate the ministry and friendship of Terry & Danean Hull.
