Reminder:
Please turn in all forms to the office
Susan Fulkerson R.N.
No need to bring in over-the-counter medication
Mrs. Fulkerson is now an employee of the Ohio County Board of Education, rather
than the Green River District Health Department. Because of this change, she can
administer over-the-counter medication as needed by our students IF the students
have returned the consent forms signed by parents/guardians. Please make sure
your children return their medication consent forms so they can receive appropriate
health care while at school.
