A special thanks to the staff of WyomingPBS who continue to produce important content for the State during the COVID crisis. We’ll have another Capitol Outlookspecial looking at how schools are responding to the pandemic. And we’ll continue to broadcast and live stream the Governor’s press briefi ngs.

We are also planning for General Election Debates to be held this fall. Plus, the PBS NewsHour is planning coverage of both the Democratic and Republican Conventions, in whatever form they take.

A reminder that we are now streaming our main channel over our website. It’s also available as an app for Roku users. Just go to wyomingpbs.org, scroll down, and click on Streaming Services for more information.

We are working with PBS to add our main channel as a live stream to the PBS App and Passport. We hope to roll out those new services in September.

Our teacher cohort has been busy over the Summer, creating over a dozen Learning Objects and lesson plans around the programs State of Equality, Atomic Fracking in Wyoming, Farm to Fork “Worms”and The Bozeman Trail.

I also want to thank the Members (and viewers) who responded to the WyoGives initiative on July 15. Every dollar contributed during WyoGives was matched by Newman’s Own Foundation. We’ll have a fi nal total for you by our next guide.

Finally, our Fall Membership Drive begins at the end of August. We have new specials featuring Riverdance, Peggy Lee, and Mr. Rogers scheduled for you. We hope you take advantage and renew your Membership, become a Sustaining Member, or even provide an additional gift!

As always, thank you for your support and thank you for watching!

WyomingPBS hosted a series of debates in July leading up to the prima-ry election for candidates running for the offi ces of U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives. The debates have been archived at video.wyomingpbs.org. Additional debates between the successful Primary candidates will be held this fall.
