Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year.

Our first day is rapidly approaching! I

am sure that your house is filled with

the same excitement (!?) as mine. The

wonder of which teacher will I have?

Who will be in my class? Are there any

new teachers, students....? When will

we get my school supplies? The school

is getting ready for you too! Class-

rooms, hallways and people are all

looking their best! We are looking

forward to seeing everyone at Open

House on Aug. 23rd. This is your

opportunity to meet your teachers, set

up bus or car schedules, sign up for

KidsPlus, join PTO, visit with your

friends & prepare for the year ahead!

Communication is the key to success

for a wonderful school year. We will

keep you up-to-date with goings on

with newsletters, websites and

Connect-Ed messages. Please visit our

TRANSPORTATION

BUS

Bus Riding Students will receive

detailed bus stop pick-up and drop-off

nformation at Open House. There will

also be Staff available to answer any ofyour questions.

f you were not able to sign your

tudent up for Bus Transportation,

equests can still be made. Please

know that there will be a freeze on

hese requests for the first couple of

weeks of school, as the Bus Garage

must insure proper seating and bus

outes are in place. Forms can be foundon our website. Completed forms can

be turned into the Front Office.

For the first week, please allow 15

minutes on either side of the

designated pickup time for the bus to

arrive. There are always adjustments

with new routes and new student faces.
