Donald Harstad’s "November Rain" is the fic-tion selection. Mr. Harstad is an Iowa author and former police officer specializing in crime fiction and police pro-cedurals. His novels are set in "Nation County", a fictional rural county in Iowa, and include many of the same charac-ters, primarily centering on police officer Carl Houseman. Dan Gable’s "A Wrestling Life 2" is the nonfiction selection which will be read in October and each of the 12 Dallas County Libraries will have tickets available for the Author Meet and Greet in October.
