Pursuant to 170 IAC l-0, the Thirty"Day AdmiriisfratiVe Filing Procedures and Guidelines Rule, Indiana~American Water Company; Inc. ('~Indiana American" or the "Company") submits herewith for filing a proposed tariff sheet (1denti.fied as Exhibit 1) establishing charges fot provision of customer water usage data to third parties (primarily municipalities and some sewer authorities). The proposed monthly usage data fees utilize a tiered, flat"-rate approach based on the number of records provided.
This 30"day filing is made in compliance with the Company's obligations under the Settlement teached atn:ong the patties in Cause No. 44450; which was approved in the Commission's Order dated January 28, 2015 in that Cause. This filing is a permissible filing

In support of this 30-day filing; Indiana American is submitting herewith Exhibit 1 . described above and the supporting wotkpaper detailing the expeCted annual revenues . tO be generated from the proposed charges, as compared to the fotecasted amount from Cause No. 44450, showing the proposal to be revenue neutral. The workpaper also provide a comparison. of the proposed fees to Indiana American's existing usage data fees. Indiana American is also submitting a verified statement by the Company affirrrting that customers have been notified as required under Rule 6, stating in detail the means used for notification, and copies of any written means of communication. By copy of this letter, the Office of Utility Consmner Counsel6r is being provi.ded with a copy of this 30.;day filing.

The notice wilt also be placed on the utility's website .. The utility has no local customer service offices that are open to thepublic.

Notice is hereby given that on or about August 21, 2015, Indiana-American Water Company, Inc. (the Company) will file with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission a revised schedule of tariffs to add a schedule of fees for water usage data provided to municipalities and sewer authorities as a basis for determining sewer usage fees. The IURC is expected to rule on the request no earlier than 30 days from the date of filing.
The change is not expected to have a direct impact on any of the Company's customers, but is being made in compliance with the Company' s obligations under the Settlement reached among the parties in Cause No. 44450, which was approved in the Commission's Order dated January 28, 2015 in that Cause. That Order also authorized the Company to develop and implement a fee schedule for this service.
