Every one selects one or two items from their pocket, purse, wallet or backpack that has some personal significance to them. They introduce themselves and share about the selected item and why it is important to them.

What is a Team?

It is an organization of people who must work interdependently to achieve a common goal, who share on-going responsibility for delivery of the same output, whose members may make unique contributions to output, yet all mutually contribute to the performance of the team, and whose task is to continually manage and improve its performance.
