Troubleshooting for common issues
Unable to Get through the Access number provided
• Try the alternate access number provided by Arkadin • Call up Customer Service and log a ticket/request for a Dial Out
Echo or Sound Distortion
• Avoid Mobile Phone calling especially while walking/moving. • Use a high end speaker phone.
• Press *0 and seek intervention from customer service. • Change from Speaker to handset mode
Low Volume/ Inaudible
• Check volume of handset/speaker phone • Change from Speaker to handset mode
• Press *0 and seek intervention from Customer Service
If you are hearing only music on a call, your moderator has yet not started the call Reach out to your moderator or log in after a few minutes.
