WHAT IS YOUR AGE?Most of the people who answered my questionnaire (16/20 of the people who answered) are in the age range of 16-25. The target audience for my questionnaire is 16-25 which means that the feedback I will receive from my questionnaire will be suitable and useful.

WHAT IS YOUR GENDER?Based on the results, I have managed to get feedback from both genders. However most of the feedback I have received is from females which means that my results may be slightly biased due to the lack of male opinion in comparison to female.

WHAT APPEALS TO YOU ON MY FRONT COVER? When answering

‘What appeals to you on my front cover?’ 25% of the people that answered replied ‘Image’ and 30% answered ‘Positioning statement’. This gives me positive feedback on the choices I made whilst taking the image and creating the positioning statement.

WHAT DO YOU THINK COULD BE IMPROVED ON THE FRONT COVER?

When asked ‘What do you think could be improved on the front cover?’ Most of the target audience replied ‘Main Coverline’ This may be due to the lack of information given by the main coverline as it only says ‘Exclusive Interview Ella Pollard’.

WHAT APPEALS TO YOU ON MY CONTENTS PAGE?

Most of the target audience replied with the ‘Column Layout’ which may be due to the fact that because of the Column Layout, that is conventional in magazines, the page is easier to follow.

WHAT DO YOU THINK COULD BE IMPROVED ON MY CONTENTS PAGE?

Most of the target audience answered this question with ‘title’ which means that the title of my contents page wasn’t bold or eye catching enough to meet the audiences expectations. To improve this I may change the choice of font to something bolder or change the size of the title so that it is bigger.

WHAT APPEALS TO YOU ON MY DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD? The majority of

the people who answered by questionnaire answered this question with ‘Pull Quotes’ this may be due to the boldness and font choice of the pull quote or the content that I used to create the pull quote.

WHAT DO YOU THINK COULD BE IMPROVED ON MY DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD?

The most popular answer for the question ‘What do you think could be improved on my double page spread?’ was ‘standfirst’ which may mean that to improve my double page spread I would have to put more detail into my standfirst to ensure that the target audience’s expectations are met and that they are fully aware of what the article is about.

IS THE MAGAZINE REASONABLY PRICED?

Most of the people that answered this question replied with ‘Yes’ which means that the choice I made to pricing my magazine as £2.75 met my target audience’s expectations.

WHAT MAKES THE CONTENTS PAGE EASY TO NAVIGATE?

Most of the people who answered this question replied ‘Page Numbers’ which is a reflection of how I have ensured that the page numbers are clear and bold so that the readers know which articles relate to which page number.

WHAT ATTRACTED YOU TO READ THE INTERVIEW?

Most of the people who answered this question replied ‘The Image on the double page spread’. This gives me positive feedback on the image I took and the choice I made to retake the image numerous times to achieve the one I used.

WHAT WOULD BE AN OVERALL IMPROVEMENT FOR MY MAGAZINE?

The most popular reply to this question was ‘The Masthead’ which may mean that my Masthead didn’t meet my target audience’s expectations therefore may have needed to be slightly bolder or in a more suitable font to the indie rock genre.
