PAYMENT AND MERCHANDISE CLAIM

Payment for items purchased must be

made in full on November 5, 2011 at the

cashier’s desk. Cash, checks made payable

to ReSurge International, Visa, Mastercard

or American Express will be accepted.

The cashier will issue a receipt for all items.

Bidders should retain all receipts for their

tax records. No items will be released from

the Item Pick-Up area without a “paid”

receipt. A “paid” receipt will be given

at the cashier’s desk following payment in

full. Envelopes containing gift certificates

should be carefully checked before leaving

the auction. All items must be removed

on the evening of November 5, 2011

unless otherwise arranged. Shipping

arrangements shall be made and paid

by the winning bidder.

LIVE AUCTION

The Live Auction will begin during dinner

and continue without interruption until all

items have been auctioned. Live Auction

items may be viewed beginning at 5:30

p.m. in the designated Live Auction area.

To enter a bid, the bidder signals either

the auctioneer or one of the spotters. Use

the paddle number assigned to you. The

auctioneer will determine the successful

bidder. Please hold your bidding number

so it can be seen easily. Successful bidders

for the Live Auction must sign a ReSurge

“live auction bid sheet.” At that time, they

should verify that the bid number, amount

and item description are correct. In the

event of any dispute between bidders,

the auctioneer shall have sole and final

discretion to determine the successful

bidder or to re-offer the item in dispute.

Value set forth for items being auctioned

are the donor’s and ReSurge’s best

estimates and are not warranted by the

auction for general value. Items depicted

in the “slide” presentation are for illustrative

purposes and may not be the actual

auction items.

All sales are final and there will be no

exchanges or refunds except where noted.
