Brief History of the Building...it was built around 1890 by J.R. Garrison. it was used as a funeral home in the 1930s under the name of crow and Guy.
Also known as the Drane homestead in the early 1920s. The home was converted at one time to apartments. Dr. Callis operated a medical practice in the early 1950s. In the late 1950s Lottie Florist operated there. In the 1970s it became known as Hobdy’s Florist and continues to this day under that name.
