Life-changing techniques 1. Hold a good thought for 15 minutes (morning exercise)
• Start with something wonderful that has happened • Add to that from your graHtude list • Start with 15 seconds and work up to 15 minutes
2. Be aware of your thoughts at all Hmes (as oZen as possible)
• Take the thought out – look at it and decide if it is helping you or harming you. Discard it or keep it. (EFT). The giZ for humans
3. Hold a visualised thought for 15 minutes (evening sleep) • the brain doesn’t know the difference between real and imagined • Ask for soluHons to problems at this Hme
4. Choosing happiness -‐ first joy, then dreams fulfilled • “I choose to be happy now” • “I accept what is now”
5. Surrender and then take acHon – listen to the inner voice
