Attestation of Conformity of Factory Production Control 0765-CPR-0372 Inspection date: 04.06.2020 In compliance with Regulation 305/2011/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 (the Construction Products Regulation or CPR), it has been stated that the construction product Birch plywood EN 636-3 S plywood, birch, unfaced/laminated, phenol-formaldehyde (PF) placed on the market by A/S Latvijas Finieris Bauskas iela 59 1004 Riga Latvia and produced in the factory A/S Latvijas Finieris mill "Lignums" Finiera iela 6 1016 Riga Latvia is submitted by the manufacturer to a factory production control and that the notified body No. 0765 - Fraunhofer-Institut für Holzforschung, Wilhelm-Klauditz-Institut WKI - performed the continuous surveillance, assessment and approval of the factory production control in first half-year 2020. This attestation confirms that all provisions concerning the attestation of factory production control described in Annex ZA of the standard EN 13986:2004+A1:2015 were applied. This attestation is part of the evaluation report and confirms the CE certificate with No. 0765-CPR-0372 in System 2+ as long as the conditions laid down in the harmonised technical specification, the manufacturing conditions in the factory or the factory production control itself are not modified significantly.
