ATTENTION TRI-STATE MEMBERS You Can Be Recognized For Your Volunteer Hours! The Presidential Volunteer Service Award recognizes individuals, families and groups that have achieved a specific number of volunteer hours of service in a 12 month period. Examples of service hours could be volunteering at We Can Ride, MN Hooved Animal Rescue, Church or Vacation Bible School, working the gate or presenting ribbons at a horse show, helping at a food bank, volunteering within your community, serving on a non-profit association committee....the possibilities are endless! Tri-State Horsemen's Association has been an approved Certifying Organization for the PVSA program since 2011. Tri-State members may participate in 4 age categories: Kids Age 5-10, Teens Age 11-15, Young Adults Age 16-25 and Adults Age 26 +. Each age category is eligible to volunteer hours to earn Bronze, Silver or Gold level status. Tri-State members participating in the program will be able to record their hours online and earn Pins, Certificates and a Congratulatory Letter from the President of the United States to be presented at the November Awards Banquet.
