v The dance is for BMS 8th grade students only!!

v This means NO students from any other grade or school are allowed to attend.

v Each student MUST have a ticket purchased in advance in order to attend.

v The tickets are NOT transferrable and will have the students name on it.

v Each purchase MUST include the attached form with student’s name and homeroom with complete payment.

v Payment can be cash or check payable to BMS PTA

v ANY student receiving discipline from now leading up to the dance will lose their privilege to attend the dance and their ticket purchase WILL NOT be refunded.

v The dance is a semi-formal event and the attire should be appropriate and follow the dress code at all times.

v The only people that will be permitted to enter the dance are students that have a ticket and volunteers that signed up ahead of time. NO others will be permitted.
