Attention 8 th Grade Parents Information Night for Scheduling WHEN: Tuesday, February 7, 2012 WHERE: High School Auditorium & Cafeteria TIME: 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. From 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., in the high school auditorium, guidance counselors will talk about the 9 th grade scheduling process for your 8 th grade child. Please bring the course of study book your child was given in school. Then, from 6:30 p.m.- 8:00 p.m., in the high school cafeteria, teachers, students & counselors will host a “scheduling fair” where you can learn more about the courses and activities at the high school. You will have opportunities to ask questions about courses, look at textbooks, see sample student projects & 8 th Grade Students are Encouraged to Attend

From 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., in the high school auditorium, guidance counselors will talk about the 9th grade scheduling process for your 8th grade child. Please
