• Getting an impression of what it is like to study

• Orientation to choose a degree program

• Taking exams and getting credit for it (useful for later)

• BUT: only guest auditor no enrollment for the subject

Requirements for Attending Classes

• Signing up online: https://www.fu-berlin.de/sites/welcome/angebote-welcome/PM_anmeldung/index.html

• Identification document with legible residence status* (for example: Registration for asylum application (BüMA)/ temporary residencepermit (Aufenthaltsgestattung)/ residence permit(Aufenthaltserlaubnis)/… etc.) in Berlin or Brandenburg.

• Higher education entrance qualification (HZB) (copy of the original document and translation)

• German language skills at B1 or English language skills at B1

Credit Points

• Credit points = workload during your studies• 1 credit point = 30 hours of work• Amount of work during one semester = 30 credit points
