iDISC Toolkit ATTACHMENT – Pre-Incubation Program Evaluation Report This document was kindly submitted by the Center of Technological Development (CDT) of the University of Brasília. It is used to evaluate the performance of the companies inside the Pre-Incubation Program of this Institution, called the Hotel de Projetos (Hotel of Project). Orientations: 1. This form must be printed and delivered at the Enterprise Hostel, every 3 rd . day of the month. 2. The use of attachments is recommended. Enterprise: Month/Year: 1. List every partner, his/her function within the company, and the number of hours/days dedicated to the company.
