100% dedicated to serve CH the option to expand to DedicatedPLUS, which adds other populations, including: – People who were enrolled in PSH within last year, but

returned to ES or place not meant for human habitation – People who meet the disability part of the CH definition

and have been homeless for 12 months in the past 3 years, but not on 4 separate occasions

• Based on feedback from partners, all PSH and RRH that is currently 100% CH dedicated, as well as any new projects that would be 100% CH dedicated, will apply as DedicatedPLUS

Other Information • In addition to submitting the project application and all related materials to PFH to

be scored and ranked, all new and renewal applications must also complete the HUD application process in e-snaps. Failure to do so will result in disqualification for funding.

• This is a competitive process, within the CoC as well as within all other CoCs nationwide. Submitting an application to be scored, completing the e-snaps process, and/or being included in the CoC application to HUD does not guarantee funding.

• While PfH, as the Collaborative Applicant, will email additional details of the

competition, information will also be posted on the CoC webpage (https://partnersforhome.org/atlanta-continuum-of-care/resources-for-agencies/coc-nofafunding). It is the responsibility of the applicants to ensure that they check the website, as well as the HUD Exchange website (https://www.hudexchange.info/programs/e-snaps/fy-2017-coc-program-nofa-coc-program-competition)
