The employer will dedicate slots throughout the week to enable the employees’ to make use of the garden. The employees’ can also go to the garden whenever they want in their breaks or even in their own time if they desire. The local community encouraged by the gardener and by being publicised will have access by prearranged groups and meeting slots made by contacting the gardener and open to employees

This scheme allows the employees to let o� steam and have the freedom and choice to take part in something rather than work, that they can together share and grow not only their own vegatabales but their bonds with one another and the local community. In addition to this employees can gain knowledge and understanding about living a healthy lifestyle and take that knowlege

This can be done by using any available space in or surrounding the workplace such as wasted space, a corner of a carpark or even �nding a local community garden and teaming up with them to allow the scheme to take place.
