Emerging companies benefit from insight of industry veterans

FORT WORTH, Texas, Jan. 8, 2010 – ATC Logistics & Electronics (ATCLE), a subsidiary of ATCTechnology Corporation (ATC) (NASDAQ:ATAC), has announced that its president, AntonyFrancis, has joined the Consumer Electronics Association’s (CEA) Small Business Council“Mentors Program.”

The program strives to help member companies improve business operations to function moreeffectively. It is comprised of industry veterans who regularly meet for one-on-one mentoringsessions at CEA events throughout the year. Francis will be participating during the 2010International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) presented by the CEA, Jan. 7-10 in Las Vegas.

The CEA Small Business Council supports the growth and success of small companies in itsmembership by providing programs that encourage entrepreneurialism and serve their businessneeds.

Francis possesses nearly three decades of global supply chain and logistics services experience.

In his capacity as president of ATCLE, he is responsible for leading strategy development andoverseeing overall operations. His experience includes serving as vice president/general manager of the Logistics and Electronic Commerce Division for Federal Express’ European, Middle Easternand African headquarters, as well as work with Ernst & Young in Europe, the Middle East and inAfrica.

Francis is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and aFellow of the Institute of Transport and Logistics. In addition, he is a Member of the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF) and sits on the Board of Trustees of The Dallas Opera andon the Board of the North Texas Commission.
