A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time.Out of courtesy to other guests we request that visitors keep noise levels to a minimum. Cancellation Policy: Credit Card Details are required to secure your booking. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment 24 hours notice is required. Otherwise the full price of your treatment will be charged. Treatments booked within the 24 hours are subject to our full cancellation policy.
