About The Survey

The survey was available to be taken online from November 4-21,2014. Cultura Technologies provided Infosurv with a list of valid customer email addresses.

Each of these email addresses were sent a personalized invitation with a link to the survey.

In all, 101 customers were invited to take the survey and 33 responded for a response rate of 33%.

82% of customers express satisfaction with Cultura overall – this includes 58% who indicate they are extremely satisfied.

Customers are most satisfied with the level of professionalism demonstrated by Cultura’s Customer Service Team (82% indicate they are extremely satisfied).
