Friday:
Analyze Learner
Teaching parts of the digestive system to 4th graders. There are 20 students 10 girls and 10 boys. There are 8 African American, 2 Chinese, and 10 whites.
State Objectives
My students will describe learn about the parts of the small and large intestines using podcast for review, a blog, and a poster with 95% accuracy by the end of the day.
Select Methods Media and Materials
Students will use Gloster and have access to podcast media.
Utilize Media and Materials
Students will be given access to a podcast to review the information of the small and large intestines. Students create a blog about a main part of the digestive system of their choice. I will also put up a new poster in the classroom and have students create their own using Glogster.com.
Require Learner Participation
Students will review past and present materials on the digestive system. I will monitor their progress throughout the assignments today,
Evaluate and Revise
I will evaluate my students by making my students complete a survey at the end of the assignment to see how they liked the assignment and to see what they learned and what they had trouble with.
