Analyze Learners
7th graders- approximately 11-13 years old
11 boys, 9 girls
75% white, 15% African-American, 10% Hispanic
3 students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
General Education
Some students are auditory learners
Can use technology and have Twitter and Facebook accounts
Have knowledge of basic math skill- fractions, multiplication, division, long division, etc.
State Objective
The seventh grade students will solve equations with two variables by using an equation table and no calculator. The function table worksheet will be completed by the beginning of the fifth day with 100% accuracy.

Smartboard
Worksheet for day 4
Utilize Materials
Make sure Smartboard is working correctly for demonstrations and notes
Make sure there are enough worksheets for the class
Require Learner Participation
Students should take notes during instruction.
Once given the worksheet, students are encouraged to interact with a partner to solve the first five expressions of the worksheet.
Students will have access to worksheets on Facebook.
Students are encouraged to interact with one another on Facebook, Twitter, and in class if they are struggling with the homework.
The notes will be posted on Facebook.
Evaluate and Revise
Did working in pairs help the students grasp the concept better than working in large groups?
Do the same students continue to interact with each other?
Did the students interact with one another for help or copy off of each other?
Were the students challenged enough during this day of instruction as compared to the previous 3?
