Monday: Analyze Learner Teaching parts of the digestive system to 4 th graders. There are 20 students 10 girls and 10 boys. There are 8 African American, 2 Chinese, and 10 whites. Main Objectives My students will be introduced to the digestive system and will recite the main parts after discussing a poster in class, learning a song, and participating in a webquest with 95% accuracy by the end of the day. Select Methods Media and Materials Students will use computers and paper provided. The projector will be used to show a video. Utilize Media and Materials Students will use computers and paper to complete a webquest provided. Students will also go over a poster with the digestive system parts labeled that will hang in the classroom. They will also watch a video on YouTube that will teach them a fun song about the digestive system. Require Learner Participation I will ask the class questions about what they found out about the digestive system while doing the webquest, and introduce what we will be discussing Tuesday.
