The Promoters
The Project is being set up by Assotech Sungrowth Abode LLP, a Assotech group company,
Noida U.P.
Assotech Group is an established real estate developer with many years of experience and a
successful track-record of promoting and selling many residential and commercial
developments. Assotech has developed residential projects in Noida, Greater Noida,
Indirapuram (Ghaziabad), Rudrapur (Uttarakhand), Gwalior(M.P.) Bhubaneswar(Odisha),
Crossings Republik (Ghaziabad) and Gurgaon (Haryana).
Assotech started as a Civil Contracting company in 1988. The Company made a name for
quality construction and has seen steady growth. A multifaceted enterprise, ASSOTECH has
varied experience in construction of Multi-storied apartments, commercial complexes,
institutional projects, industrial complexes etc. It is registered as a class a construction
company with central and State Government undertakings and is listed in unlimited category.

Completed Projects
A number of major projects have been completed and handed over to occupants by the
Assotech Group in the last 12 years. Brief details of these projects are as under:
a) Golf Vista Apartments, Greater Noida
238,000 Sq Ft of housing development comprising140 premium apartments in multi-storied
housing complex with community services in Greater Noida

b) Windsor Greens
A 240,000 Sq Ft deluxe housing development in Sector 50, Noida, and WINDSOR GREENS
was the first development of the group under the Assotech banner. The 154 apartment’s
project was sold in record time and has been completed and handed over much ahead of
schedule. The project has two to five bedroom apartments with a club and other common
facilities.

c) Windsor Park
Spread over 11 acres, WINDSORPARK, Indirapuram, near Delhi, represents the future of

Assotech is an active participant and shareholder of a Joint Venture company, Crossings
Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. This JV has developed an integrated township of appx 360 acres.
Internationally reputed town planning firm, Sasaki Associates Inc., Boston, USA, has handled
planning of this township. The phase-I of the project has already been handed over and
people are residing in very peaceful and serene environment. The phase-II of the project is in
progress and it is likely to be completed in next 36 months.
f) The Nest, Crossings Republic, Ghaziabad

developer in Rudrapur, Uttrakhand. The project comprises of housing, approximately 1400
Flats, Villas, Five Star Hotel (Radisson Hotel, Rudrapur) and Metropolis Mall. The Hotel and
Mall have already been completed. Beside that 1200 Flats and Villas have already been
completed and handed over to the residents. The work on remaining is in progress.

h) Metropolis Hotel Radisson and Metropolis Mall
Part of a 47 acre development at Rudrapura 5 star category business hotel, which is being
managed by the international chain, Radisson and a deluxe mall cum multiplex, which should
be completed in the near future.
i) The Cosmopolis, Bhubaneswar
A cosmopolitan residential development spread over approx 12.5 acres in the capital city
of Bhubaneswar is completed with over 850 houses. It has already been handed over to
the welfare associations in 2017.

It is 25 acre housing development in Gwalior which has been completed. The project

This is a premium housing project situated at a very prime location in Sector-44, Noida.
The site of 1.4 hectares is surrounded by botanical gardens and lush green golf course.
The project comprises of 265 apartments in two tall towers 126 meter high, with super

luxury apartments of 4750 sq ft each in one of the towers and 3 BHK apartments in the
other tower. Over 105 apartments has been handed over to the residents.
b) Windsor Court:
This housing project is being developed on a 7.62 acre site in Sector-78, Noida. The
project mainly comprises of 745 apartments consisting of 2,3 and 4 bed room apartments,
with a total built up area of approximately 11 lacs sqft. 350 apartment has been handed
over and residents are living in the society.

This is a Housing Project being developed in Sector-99, Gurgaon located on National Highway
connecting Delhi Airport. Total Area of Property is 10.043 acres. The total built up area is
approximately 14 lacs sqft and comprises 560 apartments of 2and 3 bedrooms. The project is
in progress and likely to be completed in next 18 months.
d) ASSOTECH HILLS, RANCHI: (Being developed by Assotech Sun Growth
Abode LLP)

This is an affordable housing project and one of the biggest in eastern India in this category.
It is located on Morabadi, Tagore hill road, Ranchi, Jharkhand, The project comprises of over
2500 flats in approximately 20 acres and total built-up area is 27 lakhs sqft in 4 phases. At
present phase-1 and phase-II is in progress with 1300 apartments.

e) ASSOTECH PRIDE: ( Being developed by Assotech Sun Growth
Abode LLP)
This is second project being developed by Assotech group in Bhubaneswar. It is located on
National Highway -16 on Bhubaneswar-Cuttack at mouza-Rudrapur. At present Phase-I of
the project is in development comprising of 826 flats. Construction has alreadycommenced
and pile foundation work of Towers B1, B2, B3 & B4 has been completed . The master plan
of this project comprises of development of 3000 flats in various phases consisting of over
40 lakhs sqft in approximately 25-30 acre land.

f) ASSOTECH HI STREET, GHAZIABAD
This is neighborhood shopping complex located at Crossings Republik
Ghaziabad. It comprises of 88 shops in 4 floors. It is fully sold out and on
behalf of the buyers Assotech has taken the responsibility for leasing out.
The Building is ready for leasing by reputed brands and all the floors are
leased out.
