Areas of Responsibility

1. Sourcing PlanThe Associate Lead TA will explore Innovative means / methods as per the staffing plan, to leverage various sourcing channels in order to achieve the recruitment target for the unit/ region/ geography.

2. External Employer BrandingThe Associate Lead TA will represents Brand Infosys and is responsible for execution of branding strategy through action and communication with Vendors, Candidates and key stakeholders (academia, etc.) in order to position Infosys the Employer of Choice.

3. Research, Analytics & BenchmarkingThe Associate Lead TA will track hiring trends in the market / region by competition in order to enhance the competitiveness of Infosys as an employer.

4. AssessmentThe Associate Lead TA will implement the existing assessment tools and frameworks, suggest modifications / enhancements in order to ensure consistency and quality in selection process.

5. On boardingThe Associate Lead TA will serve as a single point of contact for matters related to the recruits from the time of acceptance to the time of joining in order to generate better conversion ratios and applicant delight.

6. SourcingThe Associate Lead TA will execute the sourcing plan by interacting with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve Unit / Geography / Region recruitment targets.

7. Vendor ManagementThe Associate Lead TA will collaborate with vendor partners for managing the recruitment initiatives at the regional level, manage the existing relationships efficiently, articulate the current requirements in the Unit / Location / Geography, in order to enhance sourcing effectiveness and ensure success of the recruitment initiative(s).

8. Technology EnablementThe Associate Lead TA will suggest improvements to existing systems in order to enhance operational effectiveness.

9. MIS & ReportingThe Associate Lead TA will update systems, prepare & maintain MIS data from various HR Systems on the Unit / Geography / Region level, in order to facilitate easy decision making by key stakeholders.

10. Process Compliance, Statutory & Regulatory compliance (Certification)The Associate Lead TA will examine the process nuances (lateral hiring / entry level hiring) thoroughly, participates in vendor audits, and take care of adherence to set standards, in order to be compliant.

Knowledge: Overall HR Org Structure & functional responsibilities of each, Recruitment best practices, Competitor Landscape Organizational recruitment practices, sourcing techniques.

Skills: Business appreciations, Industry knowledge, Process management, client facing skills, relationship management, Cross border talent acquisition trends, negotiation skills.
