In Component type select Dynamic Effects; and in Choose an effect select Marquee.

Put a text that you want to write .

10 . How to save and Run web On the bar , click the save button .

You can change the title , and then click save .

Click f12 to view the web

Name that you save will appear on the page title . Done .
