January 2012 TrimesterStrategic management is an ongoing process that assesses the business and the industries in which the company is involved; assesses its competitors and sets goals and strategies to meet all existing and potential competitors; and then reassesses each strategy regularly to determine how it has been implemented and whether it has succeeded or needs replacement by a new strategy to meet changed circumstances, new technology, new competitors, a new economic environment, or a new social, financial, or political environment. (Lamb, 1984)
Objective :Students will develop analytical skills through the comprehensive assessment of the organization and foster team work collaboration in accomplishing the assignment.
Question : With the chosen company, act as an analyzer to assess its strategic management process.
Instructions : -Form a group of 5-6 persons. -Comprehend the given assignment.-Accomplish the assignment in accordance to the marking scheme structure.

* If any of the above criteria is not met, one mark (1m) for each criteria missed will be deducted from the total marks of your group assignment.
Late Submission Penalty Clause
The deadline for the submission of the group assignment is on No extension of time will be allowed except in circumstances
such as: medical reasons. Late assignments will be penalized, 10% deduction for each day it is delayed.
