Risks Mitigation Strategy
Ministry of Higher Education may not support and follow the recommendation of the Strategic Plan
The Idea of MoHE senior should be considered and involved for developing of SP through participatory approach
Some Faculty member may boycott to accept the Strategic Plan
All stakeholders will be involved throughout the development of SP and the final plan should be communicated to all of them in an effective manner
The project may take longer than expected time
Should have concrete plan to manage the time
