Asset VIEW™ is Balfour Beatty Rail’s industry-leading software system, designed to optimise the use of data recorded from data loggers and event recorders on the railway infrastructure and to promote a predict and prevent culture. Asset VIEW™ is a web-based, password-protected asset management system that has been developed by signalling engineers to process the recorded data and present it in a user friendly format featuring tabular and graphical displays. The remote access provided by Asset VIEW™ is ideal for Performance Managers and centralised teams with a role involving the collation and analysis of data as key signalling information can be obtained anywhere online. This represents a significant time and cost saving over site-based data retrieval and has been proven to help reduce maintenance costs and improve safety. Applications Widely used for relay and SSI based interlockings and level crossings, Asset VIEW™ can be configured to display data associated with the following applications: Signal operation monitoring (SPAD alerts, change of aspects, headway) Point condition monitoring (event driven, single or multi-sensor) Train detection system monitoring (event driven, single or multi-sensor) Signalling power supply monitoring (including earth leakage) Signalling system monitoring (including SSI data links and modules) Level crossing operation monitoring Insulated Block Joint (IBJ) monitoring Benefits Compatible with most data loggers including the Balfour Beatty ALERT series, Asset VIEW™ enables the user to remotely identify trends in the recorded data. From the displayed alert table, data can be analysed to help improve safety and asset utilisation as well as helping to reduce operating costs and to realise the following benefits: Improved safety through predicting and preventing asset failures Reduction of costs through extending asset life Reduction of maintenance costs Reduction of train delays and associated costs Reduction of costs associated with incident investigations Asset VIEW™ is configured for each specific interlocking or monitoring application and by using the track map replay facility significant reductions can be made in the costs incurred for fault investigations. Features Web based system with no additional software required Tabular and graphical displays Configurable alert table Full track map replay option available Ability to save and export data, graphs and track maps Ability to send scheduled reports, SMS and email messages Full system support from Balfour Beatty Rail A Total Service Balfour Beatty Rail offers the complete event monitoring package, incorporating the supply of data loggers including the Balfour Beatty ALERT series, fully configured with the Asset VIEW™ software system. In addition, on site services including installation, commissioning and training are offered as well as full system support. Asset VIEW

AssetVIEW™ is Balfour Beatty Rail’s industry-leading software system, designed to optimise the use of data recorded from data loggers and event recorders on the railway infrastructure and to promote a predict and prevent culture.

AssetVIEW™ is a web-based, password-protected asset management system that has been developed by signalling engineers to process the recorded data and present it in a user friendly format featuring tabular and graphical displays.

The remote access provided by AssetVIEW™ is ideal for Performance Managers and centralised teams with a role involving the collation and analysis of data as key signalling information can be obtained anywhere online. This represents a significant time and cost saving over site-based data retrieval and has been proven to help reduce maintenance costs and improve safety.

ApplicationsWidely used for relay and SSI based interlockings and level crossings, AssetVIEW™ can be configured to display data associated with the following applications:•Signal operation monitoring (SPAD alerts, change of aspects, headway)•Point condition monitoring (event driven, single or multi-sensor)•Train detection system monitoring (event driven, single or multi-sensor) •Signalling power supply monitoring (including earth leakage)•Signalling system monitoring (including SSI data links and modules)•Level crossing operation monitoring•Insulated Block Joint (IBJ) monitoring

BenefitsCompatible with most data loggers including the Balfour Beatty ALERT series, AssetVIEW™ enables the user to remotely identify trends in the recorded data. From the displayed alert table, data can be analysed to help improve safety and asset utilisation as well as helping to reduce operating costs and to realise the following benefits:•Improved safety through predicting and preventing asset failures•Reduction of costs through extending asset life•Reduction of maintenance costs•Reduction of train delays and associated costs•Reduction of costs associated with incident investigations

AssetVIEW™ is configured for each specific interlocking or monitoring application and by using the track map replay facility significant reductions can be made in the costs incurred for fault investigations.

Features•Web based system with no additional software required•Tabular and graphical displays•Configurable alert table•Full track map replay option available•Ability to save and export data, graphs and track maps•Ability to send scheduled reports, SMS and email messages•Full system support from Balfour Beatty Rail

A Total ServiceBalfour Beatty Rail offers the complete event monitoring package, incorporating the supply of data loggers including the Balfour Beatty ALERT series, fully configured with the AssetVIEW™ software system. In addition, on site services including installation, commissioning and training are offered as well as full system support.
